Welcome to my kitchen. Join me as I make a smoothie… the staple of my diet that fuels my days as a busy photographer. Recipe: big handful of raw almonds (blend ’til powder), add 2 cups water to make milk, add two frozen bananas and 2 cups of berries of your choice, blend blend blend away and Drink Up! Mmmm. (The blender I’m using is a Blendtec.)
