An old friend of mine, Joy Jacobs, asked me to shoot the new spring menu for her restaurant, the R Bar & Restaurant downtown in the West Bottoms neighborhood of Kansas City, Missouri.  I am proud to say that all the images are in natural light and NO PHOTOSHOP! Just a little Lightroom used. I felt the natural light and raw imaging reflected the mood, feel and taste of this unique restaurant that truly is one of a kind in KCMO.  … don’t ask me what the menu items are, you’ll just have to go find out and taste for yourself!  More about the R Bar & Restaurant in the NY Travel magazine HERE.
