My mom, as many of you know, is just above incredible. She just whipped up a raw easter mini treat. The topping is colored with beet juice, she also made a green topping that is colored with chlorella. It tastes splendid! Don’t ask about the recipe, I have no idea. Just watch my mom’s blog for more info. Oh, and to give you an idea, the size of these are barely larger than the width of a quarter. So ya, mini and cute.
